100 copies of this collection were produced for giveaway during my first year of SXSW attendance. Due to a shipping error, they were sent to the wrong address and sat in some dude's house (the box was retrieved half open because, "the dog chewed on it") during the festivities. They were all sporadically given out over the following couple years. If you have one, congratulations...I'm not sure where I left the ones I kept.
